CONDITIONING MORNING - HOW DID I FEEL? WHAT DID I DO? WHO DID I DO IT WITH? AM I READY FOR ALZU?
I was on leave for about two weeks and I did no conditioning at all! Then when I got back on the first day, Matt had us do hill sprints! I really thought that I was going to throw up a few times. I completed one hill jogging, and the rest I only made about halfway, the last few ones I just walked up the hill!
Luckily Thandeka and Jeanine were great supporters and they went through it all with me!
I am convincing myself that I am ready for Alzu because I have to get my mind into that state where I believe and where I am prepared! I do not think it will be the easiest ride ever, but I once rode 36 km in Dullstroom, so I believe that I would be able to complete the 15km at Alzu!
